Event Sales Conversion Specialist

Role Overview:

The Event Sales Conversion Specialist is responsible for managing and converting inbound event sales inquiries with strong communication, customer focus, and ability to close deals while delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding event services.
  • Provide accurate information and guidance to prospective customers.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through effective sales techniques.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure seamless event booking processes.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall campaign goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
