Strategic Event Coordinator Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Director to lead the planning and execution of our flagship event, Orange Forum 2025.

  • Event Conceptualization & Strategic Planning:
    • Collaborate with our team to refine thematic panels and session agendas, ensuring coherence and high-quality messaging.
    • Develop program content, including briefing materials, speaker treatments, and session scripts.
    • Work closely with speakers to ensure their contributions align with the event objectives.
  • Attendee Management:
    • Curate a diverse group of global thought leaders, keynote speakers, panelists, and stakeholders for each session.
    • Manage attendee mix to ensure representation from various regions, ecosystems, and demographics.
    • Nurture relationships with VIPs and high-level stakeholders, including government officials, investors, and donors.
  • Financial Oversight:
    • Monitor and manage event-related expenses, ensuring compliance with internal policies and sponsorship requirements.
    • Maintain transparent reporting on allocation and usage of funds.
  • Post-Event Impact:
    • Ensure sessions drive tangible results, such as regional commitments, new capital solutions, and partnerships.
    • Oversee post-event analysis, capturing insights, outcomes, and lessons for future events.
    • Follow up with stakeholders to convert event momentum into sustained partnerships and action.
