Support Specialist

Join our mission to deliver exceptional technical and administrative support to real estate agents and clients through live chat, email, and phone.

In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering top-notch service and helping our team stay ahead of the curve. You'll be a self-sufficient, tech-savvy, and service-driven support professional who is comfortable building client-facing responses without relying solely on templates.

You will be supporting clients via various communication channels such as Intercom, Dialpad, and Salesforce. Additionally, you will troubleshoot issues, provide general support, and assist with testing and researching problems before they become major issues.

As a Support Specialist, you'll work closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of support and that our operations run smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have strong English skills (both written and verbal), excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to multitask across multiple platforms. They will also be organized, reliable, and detail-oriented, with a willingness to learn new systems and troubleshoot independently.
