This Medical Scribe position is designed to support healthcare professionals by providing accurate and timely documentation, freeing them from administrative burdens.

The Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Has proven experience as a medical scribe, virtual assistant, or healthcare documentation specialist.
  • Is skilled in written and spoken English communication.
  • Maintains high typing speed (at least 45 WPM) with accuracy.
  • Possesses working knowledge of basic medical terminology and EHR documentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), adhering to HIPAA standards.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Accurately document patient encounters into the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
  2. Capture relevant history, objective findings, assessments, treatment plans, and outcomes in clear, structured notes.
  3. Prepare and edit patient notes, visit summaries, progress reports, and letters to referring physicians.
  4. Assist with billing-related documentation, including medical necessity and insurance authorization.
