We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Improvement Analyst to join our team.

  • You will be responsible for analyzing trends and patterns in training and operational performance data to provide in-depth insights for enhancing learning programs.
  • You will perform root-cause analyses on performance deviations and outliers to identify immediate and long-term solutions.
  • You will translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise narratives and recommendations.
  • You will partner closely with instructional designers, trainers, and leadership teams to implement data-driven learning solutions.
  • You will present insights to stakeholders through intuitive dashboards, reports, and support leadership presentations tailored for non-technical audiences.
  • You will act as a liaison between technical data teams and business stakeholders to effectively communicate insights.
  • You will support continuous improvement initiatives and drive innovation in learning analytics and curriculum design.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Education, or a related analytical field.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Excel dashboards).
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing complex datasets and translating insights into meaningful business recommendations.
  • Solid proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data manipulation techniques.
  • Proven ability to clearly and effectively communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
