Job Title: Performance Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Performance Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing reporting solutions and analytics to assist senior executives and management teams in better planning, predicting, and understanding business trends.
  • Preparing and running scheduled metrics reports for the business.
  • Facilitating monthly business reviews with the Management Team and stakeholders.
  • Defining requirements, developing, and acquiring information for reporting and data analytics, collaborating with technology and infrastructure partners.
  • Designing and developing reports using Power BI, MS Excel, and other tools.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience in finance, BPO (SSC), business analytics, financial planning and reporting, or related fields.
  • Experience with finance and accounting is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills to synthesize data and support decision-making.
  • Data-savvy, comfortable managing unstructured data.
  • Ability to explain technical matters clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and work ethics.
  • Attention to detail and skills in graphical data representation.
  • Self-starter capable of managing multiple projects independently.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills across functions and levels.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SAP BI, etc.
