Senior Compensation Consultant

Job Description:

The purpose of this role is to provide strategic support in managing and enhancing compensation initiatives. Key responsibilities include implementing employee remuneration programs, analysing data for decision-making, and ensuring alignment with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide consultative guidance on compensation strategies to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage data analysis to inform compensation decisions.
  • Deliver high-quality service to internal stakeholders regarding compensation queries and program understanding.
  • Contribute to data integrity through report development and analysis.
  • Assist in annual compensation cycles preparation and delivery.
  • Develop awareness of compensation programs to align work activities.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders to meet business expectations.
  • Assist in collating statistical and financial data for decision-making.

Requirements:

Necessary Qualifications include:

  • Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
