Job Title

A dynamic and organized professional is sought after to manage the marketing operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service Support: Monitor and respond to messages in the company's inbox, escalating questions to the appropriate internal team.
  • Beer Support Material Coordination: Liaise between sales teams and design agencies, ensuring beer support materials are complete, accurate, and delivered on time.
  • Retail Program Execution: Track seasonal and evergreen retail promotions, managing customer-facing components and working with vendors to ensure timely execution.
  • Sales Support Coordination: Track inbound marketing requests, circulating design drafts to stakeholders and communicating deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written communication in English.
  • Highly organized with strong project coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Airtable or Trello.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across time zones.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in beverage, CPG, or agency coordination.
