Job Description

This role presents a unique opportunity to drive business growth through innovative digital marketing strategies. As a Digital and Social Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media plans, managing online advertising campaigns, and leveraging analytics tools to measure campaign performance.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement cross-platform social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage and optimize paid social campaigns using Meta Business Manager, focusing on lead generation and maximizing ROI.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging organic content aligned with the brand voice and objectives.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitors, and platform updates to ensure best practices.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics to refine content and ad strategies.
  • Oversee the optimization of HubSpot Sales, Marketing, Content, Web, Automation, and CRM hubs to support business goals.
  • Manage and update websites through HubSpot's CMS, ensuring accurate, up-to-date product information and SEO-friendly content.
  • Implement lead nurturing workflows and marketing automation to increase engagement and conversions.
  • Optimize CRM for streamlined data tracking, segmentation, and customer journey mapping.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to support lead handoff, tracking, and pipeline management within HubSpot.
  • Analyze HubSpot data for insights on lead quality, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop and manage Google AdWords campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
  • Perform keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to optimize ad performance.
  • Track and analyze AdWords metrics to assess campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage budgets, bids, and bid strategies to maximize ROI.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing techniques and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
