Paid Social Media Advertising Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Paid Social Media Advertising Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of strategizing, managing, and optimizing paid media ad accounts across various platforms.

About the Role

This role involves developing and executing comprehensive paid social advertising strategies for e-commerce brands across Meta and TikTok. You will be responsible for launching and managing campaigns, monitoring budgets, and conducting frequent A/B testing to gather data across ads and creative.

The core focus is on scaling accounts, with an emphasis on client ROAS goals. As a Paid Social Media Advertising Specialist, you will manage needs internally while providing insight and roadmaps for clients on where and how to scale.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute paid social advertising strategies for e-commerce brands across Meta and TikTok.
  • Analyze data to provide strategic recommendations and drive growth for direct-to-consumer brands.
  • Manage campaign budgets using a data-driven approach with a consumer-first focus.
  • Establish and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients by providing valuable insights for meetings about ad performance, creative tests, and ideas for new marketing angles.
