Job Title

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused professional to support our fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for both administrative tasks and people operations, requiring strong organizational skills and emotional intelligence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Administration and People Operations (approximately 50% of role)
    • Act as the first point of contact for staff regarding schedules, time off, and pay.
    • Coordinate shift coverage during PTO, sick leave, or call-offs.
    • Log and enter PTO, track attendance, and manage staff schedules.
    • Prepare and submit payroll data through our platform (biweekly).
    • Assist in tracking and ordering office and medical supplies.
    • Escalate complex or sensitive HR issues to our team for assistance, while involving leadership.
  • Business Support (approximately 30% of role)
    • Track key client renewal dates and prepare reports.
  • Administrative Support (approximately 20% of role)
    • Assist with job postings and interview scheduling.
    • Respond to routine internal or external questions.
    • Help document and maintain internal SOPs.
    • Be accessible via phone, email, or text during EST business hours.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Must have experience supporting companies in healthcare or operations.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying and solving problems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage team dynamics professionally.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace, Canva, and basic CRM tools.
