Job Title: Executive Assistant: Australian Account

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to support our Senior Broker as an Executive Assistant.

  • Manage the Senior Broker's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings with key stakeholders.
  • Handle email correspondence, draft responses, and follow up on outstanding matters in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update client records in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as required to support business growth.
  • Organise and manage digital files and documentation for efficient retrieval, adhering to data protection policies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with high attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace, with experience in using these tools to improve productivity.
  • Experience with CRM systems, such as Hubspot or Infynity, is highly desirable.
