
Operational Training Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented administrator to manage employee training records, certifications, and licenses. This role is key to supporting both blue- and white-collar employees, ensuring compliance with training requirements, and streamlining onboarding for new hires.
">Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee data, records, and documentation.
- Monitor and update certifications, licenses, and tickets in the system.
- Prepare and track training records, reports, and induction schedules for new hires.
- Assist with HR tasks, including organizing employee files and managing related correspondence.
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure training requirements are met.
- Keep track of expiry dates and ensure timely renewals of all training-related documents.
- Provide ad hoc administrative and reporting support as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Management, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in HR or training administration.
- Experience handling both blue- and white-collar employee data.
- Strong data entry, record management, and Microsoft Office skills (Excel proficiency a must).
- High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with Australian HR/training standards is an advantage but not required.
- Willingness to work full-time onsite.
