Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our training programs, focusing on medical billing, claim denials and appeals, and revenue cycle management. This role requires strong instructional skills, knowledge of medical billing processes, and experience in developing and implementing training materials.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of training experience, a minimum of 2 years of medical billing or revenue cycle management experience, and a deep understanding of claim denials. They should also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop curriculum and training modules related to medical billing, claim denials, and revenue cycle management
  • Create training materials for both new and existing staff, including guides, manuals, and online resources
  • Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and webinars to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill development
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to update and improve existing training content
  • Conduct needs assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and optimize training effectiveness
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of training experience, preferably in a medical billing or revenue cycle management environment
  • At least 2 years of medical billing or revenue cycle management experience, with expertise in claims processing, denial management, and compliance
  • Strong instructional design skills, with the ability to develop engaging and interactive training content
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and adapting to changing priorities
Working Conditions:
  • Work schedule: US hours, night shift; must be flexible to accommodate business needs
  • Physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to move around the work area; sit; perform manual tasks; operate tools and other office equipment such as computer, computer peripherals and telephones; extend arms; kneel; talk and hear.
  • Mental Demands: The employee must be able to follow directions, collaborate with others, and handle stress.
  • Work Environment: The noise level in the work environment is usually minimal.
