Job Title: Operations Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Specialist to join our team. As an Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for providing universal operations support to branches and head office units.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of operational tasks and initiatives.

Your primary focus will be on testing and quality assurance, identifying and documenting defects, and collaborating with development teams to resolve issues.

In addition, you will participate in change management activities, supporting the implementation and roll-out of new systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational support to branches and head office units
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals
  • Test and quality assure operational processes and systems
  • Identify and document defects, working with development teams to resolve issues
  • Participate in change management activities, supporting the implementation and roll-out of new systems and processes

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance/accountancy/banking/management
  • Less than 1 year of Teller/NAC Bank experience
  • Knowledge of branch operations and bank policies and procedures (preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal and human relations skills, with strong problem-solving abilities
