As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standard of customer experience. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and evaluate customer interactions, including inbound and outbound communications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Score each interaction from 1 to 5 in different KPIs: communication, approach, resolution accuracy, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide feedback to leaders on associate performance, technical accuracy, and customer service skills.
  • Create and manage a QA scorecard form, as per the provided Excel document.
  • Develop a QA score dashboard to visualize teammate performance and improvement.
  • Participate in regular calls to discuss performance trends and suggestions.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of Quality Assurance experience
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, work independently, and organize effectively
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite of Apps (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)
  • Trustworthiness and ability to maintain confidential information
  • Exceptional listening, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Good judgment and decision-making capabilities
  • Effective time management in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Products
  • Adaptability, organizational skills, and ability to work in a dynamic environment
Home Office Requirements:
  • Stable internet connection with at least 50 Mbps postpaid speed
  • Computer with at least 16GB RAM and Intel i5 core processor equivalent or above
  • Noise Cancelling Headset
  • Backup Internet Connection and Power Outage Backup
  • Dual Monitor
