Title Processor Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to join our team as a Title Processor. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing real estate closings and title work, with a strong background in real estate transactions.

  • Review contracts, title commitments, closing disclosures, and related documentation.
  • Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents to gather necessary documents.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with all legal and procedural requirements.
  • Prepare files for closing and ensure timely submission of all paperwork.
  • Communicate professionally and promptly with all parties involved in the transaction.
  • Track deadlines and update transaction statuses throughout the process.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and coordination skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines. They will also be proficient with digital tools, email, and document handling platforms.
