Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an HR Administrator. As a key member of our People function, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, supporting the drafting and issuance of contracts and policies, and tracking important dates such as probation and contract renewal.

You will also assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including scheduling interviews, managing ATS updates, and preparing onboarding packs. Additionally, you will act as the first point of contact for basic HR queries, help organize employee engagement activities, and track engagement data.

As an HR Administrator, you will work closely with the Head of People to ensure seamless delivery of HR services and support the development of our people strategy. Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in an HR admin/assistant role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft 365.
