Job Title: HR Support Specialist

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional to support our human resources operations.

  • This role will involve payroll administration, managing HR systems, internal communications, and compliance reporting.

The ideal candidate will have strong familiarity with online timekeeping platforms and excellent attention to detail when handling payroll data, timecard issues, and compliance reports.

  • Able to work independently during off-hours or with minimal supervision
  • Experience supporting in-person leadership events or insurance-related HR administration is a bonus

The responsibilities of this role include:

HR Operations & Administration
  • Enter, verify, and troubleshoot timekeeping data in Paylocity
  • Assist with weekly/monthly payroll processing
  • Maintain HR documents and compliance reports
Employee Support
  • Respond to HR inquiries via email
  • Escalate complex issues to the HR Manager
Recruitment & Communications
  • Draft job descriptions and manage postings on Indeed
  • Coordinate candidate screening schedules
  • Publish internal HR newsletters and updates
Performance & Planning
  • Monitor performance review timelines
  • Support leadership events and HR planning initiatives
Work Schedule
  • Full-time, 40 hours/week
  • Tuesday & Wednesday: No work
  • Monday & Thursday: 6 hours each, 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM PST
  • Friday: 8 hours, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST
  • Saturday & Sunday: 4 hours each, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM PST
