Job Title: HR Specialist

We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our organization. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate and confidential member records, organizing digital documents, and updating databases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date member records with discretion.
  • Organize and update all HR digital documents and databases efficiently.
  • Assist in compiling and analyzing HR data to support the HR Lead, Manager, and management team effectively.
  • Contribute to engagement programs, diversity and inclusion efforts, and HR system implementations through research, coordination, and data analysis.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of HR administrative experience required.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
  • Proactive mindset and ability to support multiple initiatives simultaneously.
