Job Title: People Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a People Operations Coordinator. You will play a crucial role in supporting the HR function by assisting with various people operations activities and ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the People team to deliver an empathic and customer service-focused experience for everyone.
  • Provide support to employee questions and inquiries, delivering high-level customer service.
  • Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee change requests, and maintaining personnel records.
  • Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and HR-related correspondence in Rippling, and performance reviews in Lattice.
  • Manage employee data in Rippling while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop automation of HR processes in Rippling to eliminate manual repetitive tasks.
  • Own the People Confluence space and Human Resources Google drive, ensuring documents are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Report on people initiatives as required, including Surveys, RAD Review Cycles, Impact Conversations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desired.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS software; experience with Rippling or similar HRIS platforms is preferred.
