Job Summary

As a strategic technology expert, you will play a key role in optimizing and maintaining the HR technology landscape within our organization. This includes overseeing the implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of HR systems, ensuring data integrity, and generating actionable insights to enhance HR decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and support HRIS platforms, ensuring data accuracy, security, and system integrity.
  • Develop and deliver accurate, actionable reports and dashboards to provide insights into workforce planning, employee engagement, and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system enhancement opportunities and implement process improvements.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors or IT teams to resolve technical challenges promptly.
  • Assist in system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new features or modules.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users to enhance system adoption and usability.
  • Monitor data compliance with global regulations and ensure adherence to company policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience within HR/Talent & Culture technology and systems.
  • Proficiency in Workday HRIS platform and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Workday HCM certified with additional WD certifications considered as a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of global HR/Talent & Culture compliance requirements and data privacy regulations is advantageous.
