About This Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead and oversee the administration, support, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors. The ideal candidate will have experience managing teams, ensuring system maintenance and upkeep of employee records in SF, driving continuous improvement, and acting as a key liaison between HR, IT, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SuccessFactors administrators; allocate tasks, set performance goals, and ensure timely delivery of system enhancements and support; foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Ensure smooth execution of core HR processes such as re-organization, update employee records and SOX compliance and reporting; partner with IT & Quality team to drive process improvement.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for HR leadership, business units, and technical teams regarding SuccessFactors; translate business needs into project and drive closure; work with ERT / IM/ Q&P to drive improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through automation and system capabilities; ensure compliance with data privacy, information security, and statutory regulations; monitor system usage and data quality; implement controls to maintain integrity.
  • Develop and deliver HR dashboards, reports, and insights to leadership; leverage analytics from SuccessFactors to support workforce planning and talent strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Minimum 3 years of prior leadership/people management experience required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
