A respected consultant and Salesforce advocate, you will provide high-end consultancy services across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with a focus on analysis, solution design, hands-on configuration, and delivery. Building strong relationships are integral to the role, providing trusted advice and guidance to clients, partners, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Translate client business needs into effective Salesforce solutions that meet their specific requirements.
  • Solution Design: Design scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions that align with industry best practices.
  • Configuration and Customization: Configure Salesforce applications and customize them using declarative tools to meet business needs.
  • Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation of Salesforce configurations, customizations, and processes to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to manage expectations, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with the Salesforce solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhancements within the Salesforce environment to drive growth and efficiency.

Essential Skills
