As a strategic marketing consultant, you will be working closely with clients to develop and implement tailored marketing solutions that drive customer engagement and business growth. Your deep understanding of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform will enable you to design, implement, and optimize marketing automation strategies that deliver meaningful customer experiences.

About the Role:
  • You will be responsible for conducting business analysis, identifying use cases, and mapping requirements to capabilities to maximise standard features.
  • You will lead end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations, including configuration, data migration, and integration with other platforms.
  • You will conduct user training sessions and promote user adoption of Marketing Cloud features.
  • You will develop and execute automated marketing campaigns using Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, configuration, and strategy.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are required.
  • Proficiency with Marketing Cloud Studios and Builders, especially Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales cloud and Service Cloud and Experience cloud solutions.
  • Strong Data Analysis skills are required.
