Job Description

A Salesforce Technical Implementation Lead is required to lead implementation projects, provide technical support, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Daily tasks include collaborating with clients and internal teams, analyzing business requirements, configuring Salesforce solutions, and conducting training sessions. This role demands in-depth technical expertise and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Salesforce implementation projects from initiation to go-live.
  • Provide technical support and solve complex Salesforce-related issues.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
  • Conduct training sessions for users and administrators.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Required Skills And Qualifications

This role requires a strong analytical and problem-solving skillset, along with technical support experience and proficiency in Salesforce configuration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as well as experience in customer service and client relationship management.
