Data Operations Associate Role

Job Description: The Data Operations Associate will manage complex data tasks, mentor junior team members, and contribute to process improvements to ensure data accuracy and client satisfaction. This role is ideal for a professional with 3-4 years of experience in data operations, quality assurance, data entry, or a related field who is able to handle complex data discrepancies and provide clear, effective solutions.

The successful candidate will have strong proficiency in English, including written, spoken, and reading skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. They will also have excellent ability to manage multiple deliverables within tight deadlines and be familiar with Google Sheets and other data management tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex data tasks, including data manipulation and quality assurance reviews.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on data operations best practices.
  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance data accuracy and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Provide expert assistance to clients on location data using proprietary tools.


Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in data operations, quality assurance, data entry, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle complex data discrepancies and provide clear, effective solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in English, including written, spoken, and reading skills.
  • Excellent ability to manage multiple deliverables within tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets and other data management tools.
