Key Role

  • We're looking for a highly skilled Blockchain Innovation Expert to design, develop, and deploy high-performance smart contracts on the Solana blockchain.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with our team to build and iterate on core on-chain components, including proposal systems, voting mechanisms, asset management protocols, and cross-program integration capabilities that enable composability across the Solana ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and implement high-performance smart contracts on the Solana blockchain, focusing on multisig infrastructure, transaction execution, and advanced features like time locks, spending limits, and role-based permissions.
  2. Better Solana ecosystem performance through developing effective on-chain architecture that ensures seamless interactions between different components.
  3. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product, finance, and ops, to define and implement real-world fund flows into on-chain execution logic.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in software development with at least 2 years of experience building smart contracts on Solana using Rust.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and reason about complex state machines, proposal logic, and secure transaction orchestration.
  • Familiarity with smart accounts, digital asset management, and multi-sig architecture is required.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and passionate about building cutting-edge blockchain protocols.
  • Fluency in English both in spoken and written forms.
