Lead Blockchain Developer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Blockchain Developer to join our team in building innovative governance and asset management solutions on Solana.

This is a unique chance to leverage Reap's established presence in the financial technology space, while shaping the future of on-chain asset management.

  • You will play a pivotal role in defining the direction of our blockchain initiatives.
  • Design, implement, and deploy high-performance smart contracts on the Solana blockchain, focusing on multisig infrastructure, transaction execution, and advanced features like time locks, spending limits, and role-based permissions.
  • Build and iterate on core on-chain components, including proposal systems, voting mechanisms, asset management protocols, and cross-program integration capabilities that enable seamless interaction across the Solana ecosystem.

To succeed in this position, you will require:

  • A minimum of 5 years in software development, with at least 2 years of experience in building smart contracts on Solana using Rust.
  • Proven expertise in developing and supporting production Solana programs that have handled substantial funds.
  • A deep understanding of smart accounts, digital asset management, and multi-sig architecture.
  • The ability to design and reason about complex state machines, proposal logic, and secure transaction orchestration.
