Job Overview

This position plays a critical role in ensuring the stability, reliability, and performance of large-scale blockchain infrastructure.

The successful candidate will manage the deployment and optimization of blockchain networks, troubleshoot complex Web3 issues, and drive automation to enhance efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the deployment, testing, and optimization of blockchain networks to ensure high reliability and performance.
  • Troubleshooting complex Web3 issues, including JSON-RPC debugging and blockchain log analysis.
  • Developing and maintaining monitoring and alerting solutions to proactively detect anomalies and performance bottlenecks.
  • Defining and enforcing service-level objectives (SLOs) and agreements (SLAs), ensuring reliable system operations.
  • Implementing automation solutions with Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes to streamline deployments and optimize infrastructure.
  • Collaborating with Tier-1 support, infrastructure, and development teams to accelerate issue resolution and knowledge sharing.
  • Participating in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule to address critical incidents and maintain uninterrupted service delivery.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Operations, Site Reliability Engineering, or related roles.
  • Strong Linux/Unix system administration background with advanced troubleshooting skills.
  • Proven expertise managing Web3 infrastructures, including node operations, validator setups, and RPC services.
  • Hands-on experience with infrastructure automation, containerization, and cloud environments.
  • Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Python, Go, or JavaScript.
  • Advanced use of monitoring tools for operational insights.
  • Experience defining and maintaining SLAs/SLOs, with knowledge of incident management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Self-starter with curiosity, initiative, and adaptability to thrive in dynamic Web3 environments.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for conferences or team meetings.
