Appointment Setter Position

A crucial role in our business growth strategy, the Appointment Setter is responsible for reaching potential customers, generating interest, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiating outbound calls to potential customers
  • Scheduling consultations between contacts/prospective customers and members of our Sales Team
  • Accurately capturing information into our system
  • Representing the company professionally when conversing with contacts
  • Ensuring all calls meet the standards and requirements of the organization
  • Delivering reports accurately and on a timely basis
  • Participating in process-improvement initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of successful experience as a Lead Generation Specialist (Voice), Appointment Setter, or similar role;
  • Excellent listening and verbal communication skills
  • Basic technical skills, including navigation of a computer, use of common software applications, and simple troubleshooting (e.g., checking internet connectivity, audio settings, or browser functions)
  • Strong internet connection
  • Designated professional and quiet workspace
  • Amenable to working non-traditional hours
