Technical Cloud Specialist

The position entails implementing, supporting and operationalizing Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions for clients.
This role requires a strong technical background in Microsoft 365, Azure, and related technologies along with excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical IT teams and non-technical stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is passionate about helping organizations maximize their Microsoft 365 capabilities while maintaining best practices and security standards.
Main Responsibilities:- Implement and support new Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions for clients.
- Provide technical support during client onboarding and migrations.
- Perform system reviews and provide recommendations to optimize design, security, and functionality.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client templates.
- Collaborate with junior engineers to provide guidance on best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, plus 4+ years of relevant experience.
- A proven track record in Microsoft 365 and Azure implementation and support.
- Current vendor or industry-recognized certifications in Microsoft 365 or Azure.
- A deep understanding of Microsoft 365 licensing models and related technologies.
