Key Responsibilities:

  • Source Talent: Utilize various methods to attract qualified candidates, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for the role.
  • Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Enhance Candidate Experience: Manage the candidate experience from application to offer stage, ensuring a seamless process.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Candidate Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system.
  • Recruitment Updates: Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate pipeline.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sourcing and interviewing candidates for US-based roles.
  • Previous experience working as a hiring and recruiting specialist in a remote environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
