  • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
  • Excellent English command; familiarity with Western business culture.
  • Business acumen with the ability to coach entrepreneurs in the construction field.
  • Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a remote, self-managed environment.
  • Go High Level CRM expertise is essential.
