We specialize in the Design & Construction of temporary works, including scaffolding and formworks. Our services cater to a wide range of sectors, including Power Generation, Industrial Facilities, Building Envelop, Building Maintenance, Transportation, and General Construction.
We are committed to upholding industry standards and safeguarding the quality of our work and the safety of our workers. Role DescriptionThis is a part-time remote role for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and presenting the company's services to potential clients.
The Sales Executive will also create and execute sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and provide excellent customer service. Administrative duties include maintaining accurate sales records and preparing sales reports. QualificationsProven experience in sales, with a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS OfficeAbility to work independently and remotely
Experience in the construction industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
