Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Professional to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for researching and identifying potential clients in the recruitment and staffing sector. Your primary goal is to generate high-quality leads through diverse channels and strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify Opportunities: Conduct thorough research on potential clients using various methods and maintain an up-to-date CRM database with all interactions, insights, and progress.
  • Engage Prospects: Establish connections with potential clients via email, calls, or other platforms to introduce our recruitment solutions and spark interest among potential clients.
  • Nurture Leads: Foster relationships with potential clients and qualify leads for the sales team.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with the team to refine targeting, messaging, and lead-generation strategies.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in the recruiting/staffing industry.
  • Proven Results: A track record of meeting or exceeding business development targets.
  • Strong Skills: Excellent communication, research, and CRM expertise.
  • Independent and Motivated: Comfortable working remotely and taking initiative to achieve goals.
