
New Business Development Professional

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized professional to manage cold outreach efforts and drive new business opportunities. This role involves conducting research, managing email campaigns, tracking responses, and optimizing outreach strategies to support business growth.
The specialist will work closely with the Creative Director to generate high-quality leads and improve engagement rates.
Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously using strong organisational and time management skills.
- Utilize Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Calendar) for efficient task management.
- Analyse outreach performance and suggest improvements.
- Implement solutions to streamline repetitive tasks such as database management.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the Creative Director and Sales Team.
- Detail-oriented mindset to maintain accuracy in data entry and email tracking.
- Excellent written communication skills for crafting and optimising email templates.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and client relationship management.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with prospects and the internal team.
- Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or business development.
- Familiarity with email automation tools or outreach platforms.
- Background in conducting online research and organising data.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to refine processes for efficiency.
- Experience in creating reports to present outreach and conversion metrics.
- This is a full-time permanent position, working 45 hours a week.
- You'll collaborate directly with the Creative Director, and if required other internal team members to deliver new sales prospects.
- This role is fully remote, requiring candidates to have a reliable internet connection, and a suitable setup for on-camera meetings.
