You are invited to apply for a challenging role as a Business Development Professional. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales skills and passion for the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify, qualify, and engage with key prospects through targeted outreach initiatives
- Develop strong relationships with market leaders and stakeholders to drive business growth
- Conduct thorough research on target accounts and decision-makers to generate interest in our products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage strategic partnerships and enhance customer experiences
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions using CRM systems for streamlined lead management
- At least 2 years of experience in business development or SDR roles
- Demonstrated success in B2B sales environments
- Proficiency in candidate tracking systems like Loxo
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- In-depth understanding of the CPG industry and its terminology
- Experience in staffing or consulting industries
- Bilingual capabilities
- A minimum of 3 years of tenure at a single organization
- CRM software expertise (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Content creation and documentation skills
- Proven experience in demand generation and lead flow management
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST. Work setup: Remote work option available. Job type: Full-time position.
