Job Title: Business Development Professional

You are invited to apply for a challenging role as a Business Development Professional. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales skills and passion for the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, qualify, and engage with key prospects through targeted outreach initiatives
  • Develop strong relationships with market leaders and stakeholders to drive business growth
  • Conduct thorough research on target accounts and decision-makers to generate interest in our products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage strategic partnerships and enhance customer experiences
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions using CRM systems for streamlined lead management
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in business development or SDR roles
  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales environments
  • Proficiency in candidate tracking systems like Loxo
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • In-depth understanding of the CPG industry and its terminology
PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Experience in staffing or consulting industries
  • Bilingual capabilities
  • A minimum of 3 years of tenure at a single organization
Hard Skills:
  • CRM software expertise (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Content creation and documentation skills
  • Proven experience in demand generation and lead flow management

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST. Work setup: Remote work option available. Job type: Full-time position.
