Job Description

As a Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions to automate platform infrastructure provisioning and deployment.

Ensure seamless integration with development workflows and operational scalability.


Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines and IaC solutions to automate platform infrastructure provisioning and deployment.
  • Own the operational health and performance of both production and pre-production environments.
  • Build, maintain, and support ephemeral environments for development, testing, and QA.
  • Work closely with engineering, development, and product teams to ensure platform services are aligned with development needs.
  • Utilize monitoring tools to monitor platform performance and quickly respond to incidents.
  • Collaborate with security teams to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities, proactively implementing fixes and introducing new tools or methodologies to enhance team performance and platform reliability.

Qualifications
  • At least 8 years of experience as a DevOps, Site Reliability or Platform Engineer.
  • Proven background in Kubernetes, IaC, Monitoring Tools, and Docker.
  • Ability to inspire, mentor, and guide platform engineers and developers in solving complex technical challenges.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities to resolve issues across various environments.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate across engineering, development, and product teams.
  • Comfortable with evolving technologies and rapidly changing requirements.
