Job Opportunity:

The Senior Quality Assurance Manager position is available for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the management of internal quality assurance projects and initiatives across multiple pods.

This role involves coordinating and driving execution for cross-pod initiatives that require tight collaboration with the quality assurance management team to gather updates, escalate risks, and remove blockers.

The ideal candidate will establish streamlined processes and routines to keep stakeholders aligned and informed while actively utilizing artificial intelligence-powered tools to automate updates, streamline status reporting, and manage project artifacts.

Key responsibilities include serving as the point of contact for planning and communicating key deliverables, timelines, and dependencies. Additionally, the Senior Quality Assurance Manager will help identify and implement best practices in cross-team project management, facilitate retrospective and continuous improvement discussions to strengthen project execution, and support leadership with insights and metrics for decision-making and prioritization.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably in a quality assurance or engineering environment.
  • Background in quality assurance, test automation, or engineering.
  • Experience working in a software-as-a-service (SaaS) or technology company.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and attention to detail.
  • Experience using artificial intelligence tools to improve workflow and task management.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in a pod-based or matrixed organizational structure.
  • Exposure to AdTech, Data Engineering, or Cloud Platforms.
