Senior Software Engineer Position

We are seeking an experienced software engineer to fill a senior role within our development team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing complex software systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement software components based on functional and technical requirements
  • Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following established coding standards
  • Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure software quality
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues across the full application stack
Collaboration and Agile Practices:
  • Work closely with peers, Lead Developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features
  • Participate in code reviews, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Documentation and Continuous Improvement:
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive technical documentation
  • Contribute to the improvement of development tools, processes, and best practices
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and suggest tools or techniques to enhance productivity or code quality

The successful candidate should have a solid understanding of relational and non-relational databases, as well as experience with frameworks such as React.js, Node.js, Next.js, and NestJS.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in full-stack or backend application development
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
  • Solid understanding of both relational and non-relational databases
  • Strong foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Functional Programming paradigms
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus
