
Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled individual to assist in various tasks, including note-taking, transcription, and documentation. The primary responsibility of the ideal candidate will be to work on weekends, allowing for days off during weekdays. This role will involve meticulously documenting discussions during client meetings with the CEO, assigning tasks to various teams, ensuring follow-ups, and overseeing the implementation of action items.
Key Responsibilities- Attend and take notes during CEO's meetings with clients.
- Update and maintain meeting notes in students' files.
- Track the CEO's calendar for scheduled meetings.
- Prepare necessary documents before meetings.
- Communicate and follow up with other divisions on action items.
- 2+ years of experience in notetaking, transcription, or copywriting.
- Graduate of a 4-year course from a reputable university.
- Willingness to work beyond regular hours.
- Ability to work on graveyard shifts.
- Background in the educational field is a plus.
- Experience working for a company offering study abroad programs is an advantage.
- Proficient typing skills with a minimum speed of 35 words per minute.
- Familiarity with Google Suite.
