
Administrative Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to support our talent acquisition process by managing compliance and onboarding tasks.
This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless experience for candidates while maintaining high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality.
- Coordinate and process pre-employment requirements, including drug tests, background checks, and reference verifications.
- Manage onboarding paperwork and documentation for new hires, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment databases.
- Assist the recruitment team with administrative tasks related to scheduling, candidate communications, and reporting.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates regarding onboarding procedures and requirements.
- Generate and maintain reports on recruitment and compliance metrics as needed.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in recruitment administration, HR operations, or staffing coordination.
- Familiarity with pre-employment processes, including drug testing, background screening, and onboarding compliance.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision.
