Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for Export Compliance/Denied Party Screening (DPS).
  2. Validate names of customers, business partners, etc., against official watch lists or sanctioned lists to ensure compliance with legal restrictions.
  3. Ensure SGL compliance with sanctions and export control regulations imposed by the EU, US, and UN through Denied Party Screening.
  4. Maintain thorough documentation of screening decisions for audit and compliance purposes.
  5. Perform manual validation when shipments trigger positive hits on official sanctions lists, including system approval for document printing.
  6. Handle approval and release of shipments via the unified SGL platform after screening.
  7. Responsible for and experienced in Supplier Security Review initiation & management.
  8. Design and implement cybersecurity awareness campaigns, including newsletters, posters, videos, infographics, and e-learning modules.
  9. Organize cybersecurity awareness events such as Cybersecurity Month, phishing simulations, webinars, and training sessions.
  10. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and participation in awareness initiatives.
  11. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of cybersecurity awareness programs through surveys, metrics, and feedback.
  12. Stay updated on the latest cyber threats and trends to keep content relevant.
  13. Maintain a cybersecurity awareness calendar and manage campaign timelines and deliverables.
