Job Title: Project Manager

Leading Multiple Projects for Strategic Success.

This is a critical role in the company's strategy and goals, requiring full ownership and responsibility for multiple projects of varying scale and scope.

The successful candidate will be expected to deliver projects successfully by meeting time, quality, and budget targets defined for each project. This involves leading multiple projects, monitoring performance, mitigating risks, and possessing excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate and coordinate with project leads to ensure all projects have completed and defined project charters, roadmaps, RACI, governance, and risk registers.
  • Lead or support project kick-off calls with sponsors and stakeholders.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to set objectives and standards.
  • Coordinate and monitor the activities of project team members and, as applicable, vendors and contractors.
  • Report and communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and the Leadership Team to maintain alignment and clarity.
  • Identify, communicate, and escalate deviations from the project plan if necessary.
  • Proactively manage project risks and mitigate issues as they arise, implementing corrective actions.
  • Document project outcomes, lessons learned, and project performance.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 5+ years leading project delivery. Experience working on projects related to software development, customer operations, process optimization, or knowledge development or management is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Experience using project management methodologies and tools. Familiarity with Monday.com and Power BI is a bonus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and influencing change without direct authority.
  • Proactive, self-motivated team player with strong collaboration skills, including reliability, positivity, problem-solving, and respect for diversity.
  • Experience leading virtual meetings.
  • Comfortable working in dynamic environments with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Experience working remotely during US-business hours.
Requirements:

Results-oriented professional with experience in project management, able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Effective communicator with strong leadership skills, comfortable working in fast-paced environments.

Detailed oriented with a focus on quality and results, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
