Senior Construction Director Opportunity

Embark on a challenging leadership role where you will spearhead the execution of ongoing construction projects, ensuring their successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.

This pivotal position allows you to exercise your expertise in project management, team leadership, and problem-solving while fostering a culture of proactive problem-solving, discipline, and team ownership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate construction activities across all active and upcoming projects nationwide.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and site teams to resolve bottlenecks and mitigate risks.
  • Regularly visit project sites to monitor progress, review operations, and ensure alignment with approved plans.
  • Develop and implement construction schedules, resource plans, and procurement strategies.
  • Lead the performance management and professional development of project engineers, site managers, and construction teams.
  • Cultivate a culture of excellence through mentorship and guidance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (licensed Civil Engineer preferred).
  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in construction operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple, simultaneous mid- to large-scale projects.
  • Deep understanding of construction methodologies, cost control, contract management, and safety regulations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively, adapt to flexible office and field schedules, and stay on-site as needed.
  • Demonstrated experience in organizational review, career development, and guiding teams through cultural change.
