We are seeking an Overnight Dispatcher who will play a key role in facilitating same-day deliveries across the US. As a Dispatch Support Specialist, you will be responsible for dispatching deliveries in assigned markets, creating efficient routes given driver schedules, customer needs, and service level due times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispatch deliveries to meet customer requirements while ensuring on-time delivery metrics of 90%+ for all assigned markets.
  • Display mastery of our dispatch system, communicating directly with customers via phone and email to resolve issues quickly.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers, providing positive feedback and constructive criticism to improve performance.
  • Learn your market(s) to ensure comprehensive knowledge of clients, drivers, and specific needs.
  • Work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.

  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to new software technologies and learn from changing market conditions.
  • Experience running operationally efficient projects and teams.
  • Passion for logistics and execution of rigorous business practices.
