We are seeking a highly organized professional to support our US-based ABA therapy provider.

  • This role is both people-focused and operations-driven: you'll serve as the bridge between families seeking ABA care and the therapists who provide it.
  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Engaging with families and ABA therapists
  • Receiving job alerts and taking immediate action by posting openings on job boards and making targeted calls to potential hires
  • Reviewing client notes carefully to understand family needs and ensuring accurate therapist placements
  • Screens candidates for skills, professionalism, and personality fit
  • Balancing multiple priorities while maintaining candidate pipelines and meeting client expectations
  • Communicating clearly and persuasively, leaving a strong first impression in every interaction
  • Providing weekly progress updates to the Director of Operations

A successful Therapy Staffing Coordinator & Recruiter will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. They will also be a confident problem solver with strong decision-making abilities, professional, persuasive, and able to work independently.

Please note that this role requires working EST hours Mon - Fri from 9am to 6pm EST (15h00 to 24h00 South African time). A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and a reliable power backup solution are mandatory requirements.
