Role Overview

The Senior Order to Cash Analyst role is a critical position within our organization, responsible for handling OTC transactional tasks, customer masterdata, credit management, billing, invoicing, document validation, order processing, cash application, and dispute management.

Key responsibilities include establishing strong client relationships, ensuring daily activities are completed according to schedule and procedures, meeting SLAs and OLAs, and maintaining records of customer transactions and payment status.

This role requires proficiency in MS Excel, knowledge of accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or SalesForce, and experience in collections support, voice support, disputes management, and business-to-business collections.
