Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cash Collector to manage our global collections. This role involves efficiently collecting cash from customers, maintaining positive relationships, and ensuring adherence to company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage high-volume multi-currency ledgers to ensure timely payments and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships while enforcing agreed-upon terms.
  • Handle queries and investigations, collaborate with other departments to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Process final notices, take necessary actions in cases of non-payments, including account closure and service termination.
  • Ensure all document processes are followed and approvals are adhered to at all times.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven track record in successful cash collection in a busy global AR team.
  • Tenacious and professionally assertive.
  • Advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience with accounting systems (NetSuite preferred).
  • Effective communication skills to work with technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, interpersonal skills, and relationship building.
